General questions
Are you open at night?
The line is answered 24/7. A technician is sent when one is free, and a long drive is taken into account when the visit is planned.
Which pests do you treat?
Termites, rodents, yellowjackets and wasps, ants, ticks and fleas, cockroaches, spiders, bed bugs and mosquitoes, plus crawl space and commercial work.
Termites and rodents
Are the mud tubes on my foundation termites?
They can be. Mud tubes are the usual sign of subterranean termites, and a technician confirms the species and the route before recommending a method.
Will a rat in the woodpile leave by itself?
Not reliably. Rodents stay where there is cover and food, so the woodpile and the path to the house are usually part of the job.
License and price
Who holds the pest control license?
The independent licensed company that performs the work does. The Structural Pest Control Board licenses the business and the applicators.
How is the price set?
The technician explains the scope on site, and you approve the price before any treatment starts.
