Enquiries about pests in Philo and the surrounding part of Mendocino County, whether telephoned or sent through this Site, are received by Philo Pest Control and passed on. Philo Pest Control does not inspect buildings, does not apply pesticides, does not fumigate and does not issue inspection reports. Every visit is made by a separate local pest control company that is independently owned, and that company carries the liability for what it finds, what it applies and how the work is finished.

The California Structural Pest Control Board registers pest control companies and licenses the individuals who work for them. The duty to hold the registration and the branch licences the work calls for, to employ licensed personnel accordingly, and to keep its own insurance in force rests with the company performing the work. This Site is not a licensed structural pest control business, does not claim to be one, and gives no assurance that any company's licence or insurance has been inspected for a caller.

The company's licence number is given to anyone who asks for it, by telephone on (855) 974-4733 or by the company when it telephones to arrange a visit. It is not shown on these pages, because it is that company's private registration detail. The Board publishes licensing information at pestboard.ca.gov and that is where a number should be verified. No statement on this Site is a guarantee of a result, of insurance cover, or of when anyone will arrive.
